Coral reef restoration in Madagascar

In Madagascar, 1.5 million people depend on coral reefs for food and the reefs are at the basis of their livelihood. Some of the direct ecosystem services are food supply, cultural services, materials supply, climate regulation, and hope for research. The first pilot restoration site within this project, run by our local partner Koraï, was that of Nosy Antsoha.
